Most New Zealanders that build a new home or renovate and restore their existing home or commercial building want some degree of involvement. Because owner involvement ranges so vastly, Moss Brothers have provided a range of options for the level of owner participation desired.

1. Moss Brothers will build to the completion of a new home for the owner to just move in.

2. Moss Brothers will build to the completion of the house for the owner to carry out their own painting and decorating or employing their own plumber, electrician or joiner etc.

3. Moss Brothers will build to the completion of the house shell/lock-up.

4. Transportable houses. Houses built in our yard and transported complete to your property.

5. Kitset. Supply “Building Permit ready” plans and building materials in kitset for the owner or their builder to build themselves.

6. Supply “Building Permit ready” plans and provide project management.

7. Supply “Building Permit ready” plans only for the owners to build themselves or use their own builder, plumber, electrician or joiner etc.

8. Prepare plans and provide planning skills for renovations and restorations to existing dwellings and commercial buildings.

9. Prepare concept planning on computer for three-dimensional viewing. This is fantastic if you struggle to visualise what the project will look like from plans on paper.
