"We have been in our new home now for nearly a year, and I am writing to let you know how pleased we are with everything about it.
As you know, we wanted a home that was different from the previous house you built for us on the vineyard and we really appreciated your willingness to adapt and modify one of your basic plans to give us exactly what we wanted in a character home.
It has attracted a lot of interest and one of the most interesting comments was a query as to whether it had been an old homestead relocated and renovated.
With any new home we expected some settling down issues, but thanks to your oversight of the work, and your quality sub-contractors we have been unable to find any serious matters to be remedied and the small items that we have noted have been responded to and resolved promptly and without question.
The experience of living in our first Moss Bros home for five years led us to repeat the experience with this home.
We have almost finished the development of the grounds to a standard that will adequately complement the home and we are happy for you to refer any prospective client to us.
Thanks again for providing us with a wonderful environment to enjoy living in Martinborough.
